£54,793+ depending on experience

• Deliver complex ERP programmes, managing Systems Integrators and leading SAP implementations as business‑driven transformations.
• Oversee overall delivery, stakeholder, change, SAP implementation, programme governance, risk, budget, resource management, go‑live preparation.
• Balance immediate project delivery with alignment to Group strategies, collaborating across Group IM&T, Group FC&S, and other central teams.
• Own programme delivery plan and execution within the Falcon Works entity, partnering closely with a Systems Integrator.
• Lead implementation of SAP Finance, Payroll, and Stock systems, shaping how these capabilities are embedded across the business.

• Experience in fast‑changing and developing environments.
• AMP PMQ or equivalent project management qualification or relevant experience.
• Previous implementation of ERP systems.
• Excellent internal and external stakeholder management skills.

• Experience working within an engineering or defence background.
