Product Manager

We’re looking for a Product Manager to join our People Tech Value Stream. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead the development and delivery of technology solutions that support our people and drive business ambition across the globe.

Imagine being the “go-to” person for product strategy, roadmap, and support, working closely with stakeholders, delivery teams, and third-party suppliers. You’ll define and own the product roadmap, ensuring it’s business‑led, adds value, and is future‑proofed. Your work will shape a product strategy that balances change, risk, and service, and ensures our technology solutions are always aligned with Specsavers’ strategic goals.

You’ll thrive in this role if you have experience as a product manager or business owner of IT or people tech applications, with a strong background in managing HR system products (Success Factors preferred). Your expertise in stakeholder management, project delivery methodologies, and ITIL service standards will help you coordinate sprint content, manage backlogs, and oversee releases. You’ll be hands‑on with market analysis, user feedback, and competitor research, always looking for ways to improve our products and deliver real business value.
