• Build and maintain relationships with school leaders and educators.
• Source, interview, and match candidates to teaching and support staff roles.
• Support the recruitment process from initial enquiry through to successful placement.
• Manage candidate databases and update information accurately.
• Deliver a high level of customer service to both candidates and clients.
• Work to individual and team targets in a supportive, high-paced environment.

• Enthusiastic graduates or individuals with a strong desire to start a career in recruitment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational abilities and the confidence to work independently.
• Resilience, drive, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Previous phone-based experience
• Must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle
