• Previous HR or personnel administration experience (school experience desirable)
• Strong understanding of HR processes and compliance
• Experience handling confidential information
• Knowledge of safer recruitment and safeguarding procedures
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Eligibility to work in the UK
