This is a full-time, on-site Bar Staff role located in the Blackpool area. The Bar Staff will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving beverages, handling cash transactions, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. Additional responsibilities include ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, restocking supplies as needed, and cooperating with other team members to deliver a seamless guest experience.

• Customer Service and Communication skills to provide a friendly and professional experience for guests.
• Experience and knowledge in Food & Beverage preparation and service.
• Proficiency in Cash Handling and managing transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Ability to participate in Training sessions and apply learned skills effectively.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a positive attitude.
• Prior experience in a bar, restaurant, or hospitality role is advantageous.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and peak holiday periods as required.
