Grosvenor Casino, Blackpool – As a Sous Chef, you’ll play an integral role in the Kitchen, balancing team dynamics, culinary excellence, financial responsibilities, and leading in the head chef’s absence. This position demands a culinary expert with exceptional leadership abilities and unwavering composure. Even better, we’ll help you gain the experience you need to progress to Head Chef via our apprenticeship program or other opportunity.

• Hourly Pay Rate: £12.45–£14 per hour DOE
• Tips:
  Receive a share of uncapped tips
• Premium Pay Night Allowance:
  An additional £1 per hour after midnight

• NVQ Level 2 in Hospitality is preferred but not essential
• Experience of leading a team
• Experience of financial budgeting within a Food & Beverage business
