You will be trained toCQC standards to meet the needs of the client.

Essential Requirements Identified for this Role:

An enhanced DBSdisclosure is required for this vacancy (expense to be met byHome Care Direct )

Prepared to commit tolong term care for one client in a 'person-centred'way

Willing to be trainedto CQC standards to meet the client'sneeds

Respect Company policies and procedures

Be reliable /non-judgemental / caring / responsible /compassionate

Committed to confidentiality and to treat the client with dignity and respect

Be a flexible individual within the team

Must be ok working within a home that homes dogs

Desirable awareness to clients with Learning Disabilities

The client would prefer to have a PA who is similar in age (23yrs + old) with similar interests and hobbies to enrich his life.

This vacancy is for a personal assistant to join our client’s supportpackage to support them in their own home. We will be your legalemployer on behalf of the client and you will not be asked tosupport other clients. All of our contracts are for permanentpositions with a 6 month probationary period.
