We are currently looking to recruit an Estates Manager on a permanent basis to join the team based at Guild Park.

• Operational contract management and performance monitoring of the hard FM delivery across the Lancashire and South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust’s estate through its contracted maintenance providers.
• Ensure that the hard FM providers are delivering services in accordance with statutory and mandatory compliance, HTM guidance and other contractual specifications.
• Provide professional advice and input into estate‑related matters and ensure work carried out by contracted parties meets the highest standards.
• Contract manage effectively in a fast‑paced environment and deliver the Trust’s services hands‑on.

• Hold and maintain a technical services certification and an authorised person role in line with the Health Technical Memorandum (HTM).
