Excellent rates of pay £13 to £14.50 PLUS pension PLUS Holiday Pay (equating to a rolled up pay rate of £15.01-£16.74).

As a Home Care Worker, you ll support people of all ages with:

• Personal care (washing, dressing, continence support)
• Medication and meal preparation
• Household tasks and daily routines
• Encouraging independence and providing companionship

With 6 months experience we also offer opportunities to work in:

• Complex Care (£13-£14.50) - supporting individuals with conditions such as spinal injuries, neurological disorders, and respiratory needs. Training includes tracheostomy care, PEG feeding, postural support, and more.
• Children s Support (£14-£14.50) - providing personal care, emotional support, and daily assistance for children and young people with complex needs.
• Mental Health Support (£13-£14.50) - offering practical and emotional support to help individuals manage routines, reduce isolation, and build confidence.

No prior experience? That s okay. Our Candidate Assessment Programme (CAP) during onboarding will give you the skills and confidence you need.

• At least 18 years old
• Willing to work flexible hours, including alternate weekends
• Enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references required
• For Complex Care, Children or Mental Health duties we require at least 6 months  hands-on UK care experience.
