Personal Assistant

Overview

Are you caring, patient, and full of enthusiasm? Do you love helping someone rediscover the joy of community life? We’re looking for a Personal Assistant to support a wonderful, creative woman in her fifties who has a fantastic sense of humour and misses getting out and about. Your role will be all about encouragement and support—helping her enjoy activities, events, and the outdoors again, while providing a little help at home.

• Light housework
• Food shopping
• Social outings and hobbies - walking and public transport (unless appointments as agreed in advance)
• Organising appointments and outings

• Caring, patient, and open-minded
• Great communication skills
• Enthusiastic and reliable

Full clean UK driving licence for occasional appointments (mileage not provided)

4 hours per week (flexible)

4 hours weekly, to be agreed with the employer.

£12.60 per hour, holiday pay and pension will accrue. Full employer’s liability insurance will be in place.

Successful applicant will be required to complete an enhanced DBS check; there will be no cost to applicant.

Successful applicant must be able to provide two references
