We are recruiting for a social worker who has experience completing NHS Continuing Healthcare assessments and DST's, and with a good understanding of Liqiud Logic system.

• A degree in Social Work or equivalent
• Registered with Social Work England
• Experience completing NHS Continuing Healthcare assessments and DST's
• Enhanced DBS check
• Car driver
• Excellent communication and written skills
