Job Description
Salary £28,142 - £32,061 Per Annum | Part time | 35 hours per week. This part‑time role is not open to international sponsorship.

Responsibilities- Lead, coach, and motivate a team to deliver high quality care.
- Hold an NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in health and social care.
- Be willing to complete NVQ Level 3 within twelve months of start date.
- Have experience in leading, coaching, and motivating a team.
Our committed team provides care to more than 1,000 adults across Lancashire. It runs 16 Care Homes and 13 Day Centres where the team provides support for older people, adults living with dementia and their families.
