Support Worker – Supported Living
Part‑time role at The Reeds
, Lancaster, LA1 5QQ
.
• 24 hours per week • £12.60 per hour
Responsibilities- Support adults on a person‑centred basis to live independently, assisting with medication, accessing the community and domestic tasks.
- Respond to changing client needs with empathy, a positive attitude and a sense of humour.
- Work as part of a team to help service users move toward independent accommodation.
- Keep records and help coordinate care plans.
- Maintain a safe and respectful environment for all clients and colleagues.
- No prior industry experience or specific qualifications required.
- On‑the‑job training and support, with the opportunity to undertake professional qualifications (levels 2‑6 in Health and Social Care, Management, Admin).
