Benefit Support Advisor - Volunteer

Have you got experience with benefit claim and support? If you want to make a real difference to people's lives by assisting them to find a way forward with their problems, this is the role for you. Your help and expertise will enable clients to live life to the fullest.

• Support clients with benefit advice, PIP claims, Universal Credit claims and other benefits.
• Keep all information given or discussed within the service confidential.
• Attend relevant training sessions.
