Overview
We are currently working alongside a well established and profitable business based in Blackpool who are looking for an Accounts Assistant to their busy team.
Responsibilities- Responsible for processing of the purchase ledger
- Managing the purchase order system, checking prices and correct allocation
- Process the daily bank reconciliations and monitor the cashflow
- Calculation of transport commissions and associated charges
- Manage the credit control and work to structured payment schedule
- Assisting with customer payments
- Solid experience with the purchase ledger and transactional processing
- Experience of Access Dimensons is advantageous, and excellent knowledge of Excel
- Work well at all levels with fellow peers and effective team
- Good customer service skills
