Axon Moore are pleased to be working alongside a highly-valued, industry-leading client as they look to recruit a Part Qualified/Finalist Management Accountant to their dynamic team. This fantastic opportunity will be responsible for producing the management accounts, plus overseeing the day-to-day financial operations of the business.

• Producing the management accounts
• Submit VAT payments in accordance with legislation
• Bank reconciliations
• Company card reconciliations
• Intercompany invoicing and reconciliation of intercompany accounts
• Submit the monthly PAYE payments in accordance with HMRC legislation
• Supervise and manage two accounts assistants and ensure the collection of debt in a timely manner
• Assist the Financial Controller with the audit process
• Review and assist with the improvement of business processes and practices

• At least 2 years' experience within a similar role
• Part Qualified ACCA/CIMA or AAT Qualified
• Able to develop and maintain good internal and external working relationships
• Able to efficiently manage a high-volume workload
• Good IT and MS Excel skills
• Proactive, self‑motivated and organised
• Able to work efficiently both independently and collaboratively
