Various shifts, it is essential to work weekends. Mitie is looking for a Retail security officer who can deliver exceptional customer service whilst creating a safe shopping environment, free from the fear of crime for customers and colleagues.

• Preferable to hold a current SIA licence or SIA Certificates.
• Full five‑year checkable employment/education history.

It is vital that you have a full 5-year checkable employment/education history; failure to do so could mean your offer will be withdrawn or your employment terminated.

• Deliver industry‑leading customer service.
• Deter violence and public order offences.
• Conduct patrols of the store.
• Utilise CCTV systems to support the reduction of crime and stock loss.
• Liaise with the store management teams.
• Liaise with the Police and crime partnerships to support a great working relationship for the reduction of crime in store.
• Wear Body‑Worn CCTV to support the reduction of crime and increase colleague and customer safety.
