A leading engineering solutions provider in the UK seeks a Lead Mechanical HVAC Engineer to manage maintenance tasks across a large commercial building. Responsibilities include ensuring the functionality and compliance of mechanical and HVAC systems, performing preventative maintenance, and addressing breakdowns. The ideal candidate will hold a recognized mechanical apprenticeship and NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical/Maintenance Services, along with experience in PPM and reactive maintenance.

Competitive salary up to £40,000 plus benefits.
