This Learning Support Assistant (SEN) role comes with extensive training from a supportive and forward‑thinking teaching team.

As a Learning Support Assistant (SEN), you will support pupils throughout the school day, helping them engage with learning and develop key social and emotional skills.

• Supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
• Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement
• Assisting teachers with classroom activities and learning tasks
• Supporting pupils with communication and emotional regulation
• Contributing to a safe and supportive learning environment

• Immediate start
• Up to 550 per week
