The Role

Our client is seeking to appoint a passionate and dedicated full‑time MFL Teacher to teach French and/or Spanish across Key Stages 3 and 4.

The ability to teach both languages would be advantageous, though it is not essential.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Planning and delivering engaging, high‑quality MFL lessons
  • Teaching French and/or Spanish across KS3 and KS4
  • Assessing, monitoring, and reporting on student progress
  • Contributing to curriculum development within the department
  • Maintaining high standards of classroom management and behaviour
  • Supporting students of all abilities to achieve strong outcomes
  • Contributing to the wider life of the school community
The Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate will:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Demonstrate strong subject knowledge and enthusiasm for languages
  • Have experience teaching at secondary level (ECTs welcome to apply)
  • Be committed to inclusive practice and high academic standards
  • Possess excellent communication and organisational skills
