Supply SEN Learning Support Assistant

Humly is recruiting a Supply SEN Learning Support Assistant to join primary schools on a temporary and long-term basis.

This role involves supporting children across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage
2. Many of the available placements are long-term, offering consistency and the opportunity to build strong relationships with pupils and staff. This position would suit an experienced SEN practitioner who is confident providing tailored support and adapting to a variety of school settings.

• Supporting pupils with special educational needs across KS1 and KS2
• Delivering targeted interventions and small group support
• Providing 1:1 assistance for pupils with additional needs
• Implementing EHCP strategies and personalised learning plans
• Encouraging positive behaviour and emotional regulation
• Working collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs and external professionals

• Experience supporting children with SEND in a primary setting
• Confidence working across both KS1 and KS2
• A calm and patient approach to behaviour support
• Understanding of EHCPs and differentiated learning strategies
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A proactive and adaptable attitude

£14.85 per hour
