Do you have experience supporting young children and want to make a real difference in Early Years?

We're looking for a nurturing and resilient Pupil Support Worker to provide targeted support for EYFS pupils with social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs.

The Role:

Support individual pupils and small groups in EYFS

Deliver targeted SEMH interventions and in-class support

Help with morning routines, transitions and attendance

Work closely with teachers, SENCo and pastoral team

Promote positive behaviour and emotional regulation

We're Looking For:

EYFS or primary experience

SEMH or vulnerable learner support experience (preferred)

Calm, patient and consistent approach

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Commitment to safeguarding

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 14.3% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
