KS1 Primary Teacher

KS1 Teacher - Middleton

140-240 per day (dependent on experience and qualifications)

• Deliver engaging and creative lessons in line with the Key Stage 1 National Curriculum
• Plan, prepare, and assess learning for pupils in Years 1-2
• Support the development of early literacy, numeracy, and social skills
• Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
• Effectively manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
• Monitor and track pupil progress, providing feedback to pupils and parents
• Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, colleagues, and parents

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Experience teaching within Key Stage 1 (preferred)
• Strong understanding of the KS1 National Curriculum
• Excellent classroom management and organisational skills
• A caring and patient approach to supporting young children
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
• Right to work in the UK
