Brickwork Lecturer

Salary: Up to £40,324 per annum
Hours: Part-time or Full-time hours available
Contract Type: Permanent or PTHP available

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented and student-focused Lecturer in Brickwork to join a dynamic Construction & Motor Vehicle team on a either an hourly-paid, part-time or permanent contract.

You will teach across a range of programmes within Brickwork and Groundworks, from Entry Level to Level 3. The role includes developing the Brickwork curriculum and building strong employer relationships to support industry placements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver high-quality teaching
  • Develop and share engaging resources for your subject area
  • Deliver enrichment and enhancement activities
  • Maintain accurate student and course records
  • Manage administration of exam entries and liaise with awarding bodies
What We're Looking For
  • Experience in teaching in a similar subject area
  • Recognised teaching qualification (minimum level
    3)
  • Degree or higher-level qualification in a relevant subject or professional equivalent
  • Minimum GCSE grade C (or equivalent) in Maths and English

All candidates who register with Reed Further Education will have 2 years' referencing taken up and will be required to have a DBS check completed. All offers are conditional upon satisfactory background checks.
