Overview
Interim Senior Leader / SENCO role at a secondary school in Lancashire. This is a 5 day per week role paid on a day rate, starting immediately until the end of the academic year.
Responsibilities- Lead the SEN department, including overseeing EHCPs and annual reviews across a large school.
- Support HLTAs and help to improve the quality of SEN teaching.
- There is no teaching commitment, but you may be asked to cover lessons on occasion.
- NASENCo qualification.
- DBS on the update service (preferred).
