Supply Cover Teacher - Bury

Pay:
140-240 per day, depending on experience

As a Supply Cover Teacher, you will step into the classroom to deliver pre-set lessons in the absence of the regular class teacher. You will maintain a positive learning environment, manage classroom behaviour effectively, and ensure students remain engaged and on task throughout the school day.

Assignments may be short-term or long-term, with full-time or part-time opportunities available depending on school needs.

• Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects and year groups
• Maintain good classroom behaviour and follow school policies
• Support pupils with their learning and respond appropriately to their needs
• Provide feedback to teaching staff at the end of each assignment
• Represent the school professionally at all times

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is desirable, but experienced cover supervisors are welcome to apply
• Confident classroom management skills
• Flexible, dependable, and professional
• Ability to adapt quickly to new school environments
• Strong communication skills
