About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Level 3 Early Years Practitioner with SENCO experience to join our supportive early years team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about inclusive practice and supporting children with additional needs within an EYFS setting.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide high-quality care and education for children aged 0–5

* Support children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND)

* Work closely with the SENCO, parents, and external professionals

* Plan and deliver inclusive, engaging activities aligned with EYFS

* Observe, assess, and record children’s progress and development

* Maintain safeguarding, health, and safety standards at all times

Requirements

* Level 3 qualification in Early Years / Childcare (essential)

* Previous SENCO experience or strong SEND experience (essential)

* Good knowledge of EYFS and inclusive practice

* Strong communication and teamwork skills

* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
