Position: Primary Tutor (Temporary)

Primary Tutor
Our Primary Tutors play a crucial role in helping students who need extra support in core subjects. We know every learners journey is why we offer flexible hours to fit your schedule and the chance to make a real, lasting impact.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver tailored one-to-one or small group lessons in Maths and English at primary level.
Adapt lesson content and pace to suit different learning styles and abilities.
Help students build subject knowledge, study skills, and confidence.
Create a safe, supportive learning environment by building trust and consistency.
Track progress and provide clear, constructive feedback to parents/carers or professionals as required.

Essential Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience teaching or tutoring Maths or English at primary level.
Experience working with learners individually or in small groups.
Right to work in the UK.
Must hold or be willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS check.

Desirable Qualifications

PGCE in Primary Education and/or Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Experience supporting students with additional learning needs.
