Teaching Personnel are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a vibrant school in Blackpool. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HLTA who is passionate about supporting pupils and making a real difference in their education.

• Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects.
• Support teachers in raising attainment and engagement.
• Work with small groups and individual pupils to provide targeted intervention.
• Assist in classroom management and behaviour strategies.

• HLTA qualification or equivalent experience.
• Strong classroom management skills.
• Ability to adapt to different year groups and subjects.
• A proactive and positive attitude towards learning.
