We are seeking a dedicated Primary Teacher to join a warm and welcoming primary school in Wigan
. As a Primary Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and inclusive lessons across EYFS, KS1, or KS2
, supporting pupils' academic progress, confidence and personal development within a nurturing learning environment.

• Planning and delivering high-quality lessons in line with the national curriculum.
• Creating a positive, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment.
• Differentiating learning to meet the needs of all pupils, including those with SEND.
• Assessing, monitoring and tracking pupil progress.
• Managing classroom behaviour effectively and promoting positive learning attitudes.
• Working collaboratively with teaching assistants, SEN staff and parents/carers.
• Ensuring safeguarding, welfare and school policies are followed at all times.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience teaching in a UK primary school setting.
• Strong classroom management and curriculum knowledge.
• Excellent communication, organisation and teamwork skills.
• Sound understanding of safeguarding and child protection.

• Experience across EYFS, KS1 or KS2.
• Experience supporting pupils with SEND or additional needs.
• Ability to adapt teaching styles to suit different learning abilities.
