15.87 per hour

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 3:30 pm with a 30‑minute lunch break.

This role supports the Early Years Curriculum in an outstanding primary school with exceptional resources, surroundings and senior leadership. It is a long‑term, full‑time position with a transition from temporary to permanent employment from the outset.

• Work as a general teaching assistant within the early years.
• Support the teacher in delivering the Early Years Curriculum to pupils.
• Plan and lead one‑to‑one teaching and interventions with children.
• Partner with parents, teachers and the school to create a supportive and nurturing learning environment.

• Experience working in early years settings (school, private nursery, etc.).
• Sound knowledge of the early years curriculum.
• Level 3 relevant qualification desirable but not essential.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Strong planning, organisational and prioritisation skills.

• Complete our vetting process and have 24/7 support from a dedicated consultant.
• Possess a clear Enhanced DBS certificate registered on the online update service.
• Provide two references covering a 3‑year period, one of which must be from your most recent place of employment.
• Demonstrated ability to create a happy, challenging and effective learning environment.
• Show a helpful, positive, calm and caring nature.

• Excellent daily rates paid weekly via PAYE or Umbrella.
• 24/7 support from a professional consultant throughout your placement.
• Manage timesheets online through our portal.
• Free safeguarding course and other CPD.
