In this role, you’ll deliver engaging, inclusive lessons in electrical installation and theory. You’ll support students across all stages of their learning – from recruitment to progression – while contributing to curriculum development and maintaining high industry standards.

The ideal candidate will have strong practical experience in electrical installation or engineering, a Level 3 qualification in Electrical, and a passion for helping others succeed. Teaching qualifications are welcome but not essential – training and support will be provided.

• Deliver high-quality teaching in Electrical Installation within the construction sector
• Use digital and face-to-face tools (e.g., VLE) to support learning and engagement
• Contribute to course development and curriculum innovation
• Guide learners from enrolment through to achievement and progression

• Industry-qualified in Electrical (minimum Level
  3)
• Experience in the construction/electrical sector
• A confident communicator, digitally literate and learner-focused
• Teaching qualification desirable – training will be provided
• Based within a commutable distance of Blackpool
