• Solid experience in customer service or complaint resolution, turning tricky situations into positive outcomes.
• Clear communicator in writing and in person, handling sensitive conversations with professionalism and empathy.
• Comfortable in fast‑paced environments, staying calm and focused when travel plans change unexpectedly.
• Ownership of issues from start to finish, investigating thoroughly and aiming for the best resolution for the customer.
• Collaborative, keeping customers and colleagues in the loop to resolve problems quickly and boost satisfaction and re‑booking.
