About the Role

Seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager to lead our customer service department. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and proven experience in managing a diverse team effectively.

Main Duties
  • Responsible for providing outstanding customer service by leading and motivating team and developing loyalty programs to increase customer satisfaction.
  • Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth.
  • Resource planning, real-time responsiveness, and proactive/reactive operational planning.
  • Take ownership of customers' issues and follow problems through to resolution.
  • Set a clear mission and deploy strategies focused towards that mission.
  • Develop service procedures, policies and standards.
  • Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions.
  • Analyse statistics and compile accurate reports.
  • Keep ahead of the industry’s developments and apply best practices to areas of improvement.
  • Control resources and utilise assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets.
  • Adhere to and manage the approved budget.
  • Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities.
  • Qualifications
  • Proven experience in customer service management or a similar role, with at least 3 years of experience.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools.
  • Ability to analyze data and draw insights to enhance customer experience.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Prior experience in developing and implementing customer service strategies.
