This is a Fixed term role until 31 July 2026 with a possible extension to 31 March 2027 or 31 March 2028, subject to funding.

We are excited to be recruiting a key member of our team for the delivery of our creative programme this coming spring. You will be at the centre of our public facing programme ensuring that the nuts and bolts of what happens behind the scenes are all working smoothly.

• Support the delivery of the Spring/Summer season across contemporary theatre, dance, music, visual art, live art, contemporary circus, and comedy.
• Assist with event coordination, venue preparation and logistics for on‑campus and off‑campus activities.
• Collaborate with partners locally, regionally and internationally to ensure high‑quality delivery.
• Maintain and address the practical delivery needs of a public facing arts organisation.

• Working knowledge of the practical delivery needs of a public facing arts organisation.
• Understanding of at least one art form in some depth.
• Enthusiasm, strong relational skills, commitment to the arts across all artforms and ability to learn quickly.
