Requirements
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare
  • A minimum of 2 years in a position relevant to residential care of children
  • A compassionate, resilient leader who thrives on making a difference
  • Successful employment is subject to satisfactory Full Enhanced Disclosure, right to work and reference checks in line with government regulations and Safer Recruitment Practices

Responsibilities (inference from role)

Lead and manage a children s home to provide a safe, supportive environment that promotes growth and wellbeing for looked-after children.
