Job Overview

Full Time 37.5 hrs per week, will include occasional evenings, nights, weekends and Bank Holidays to be worked at the John Hewitt Suite at Royal Blackburn Hospital, Pendle House in Nelson and Daisyfield Mill. There may be a requirement to work at other sites.

Position

The Pennine Network is looking for an Agile Team Administrator to join our Urgent Care Service on a full‑time, permanent basis. The role requires excellent customer service and administrative skills to support the smooth and efficient functioning of the service. As the role is agile the post holder will also be required to provide support to the inpatient wards, Home Treatment Team and Mental Health Liaison Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Organise and coordinate administrative activities to provide a high standard, quality service.

• Communicate with staff, service users, visitors and carers in a professional manner.

• Provide a comprehensive administration and information service and coordinate activities with other members of the administration team to ensure an efficient and confidential service.

• Work flexibly in response to the needs of the service, providing cover to other teams on various sites as directed by the Team Leader in liaison with the Locality Admin Co‑ordinator to ensure continuity of a quality service.

Requirements

• Excellent organisation skills with the ability to work independently or as part of an admin team.

• Computer literate, able to use Microsoft Office packages, willing to type and possess a good telephone manner.

• Team player with strong communication skills.

• Knowledge of relevant customer and administrative procedures applicable to this role.
