The Division of Health Research is seeking to appoint a Programme Coordinator to work on the Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (DClinPsy), supporting research, assessment and learning administration. The DClinPsy is a programme for trainee clinical psychologists employed within the NHS. The post holder will be based with colleagues from the programme in the Health Innovation Campus at Lancaster University, reporting to the Programme Administrator.
You will be an essential member of the professional services and wider programme team, supporting teachers, examiners, students and staff. Working with colleagues within the university, local NHS Trusts and funding bodies, you will provide administrative support to key processes, primarily supporting the research team staff and the administration of student research. With excellent communication skills and attention to detail, your role will involve independent and collaborative work with internal and external colleagues, supporting research processes, vivas, assessments and teaching.
You will be confident in engaging with a range of stakeholders including members of the public, health professionals and academics, with excellent interpersonal skills and impressive administrative skills.
- Provide administrative support to key processes, supporting research team staff and administration of student research.
