We are currently recruiting for a reliable and hardworking Picker & Packer to join a busy and fast-paced warehouse team in Felinfach on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity to secure long-term employment with a well-established company.

The Role

As a Packer, you will play a vital role in the smooth running of the warehouse operation. Your main responsibilities will include:

Accurately picking and packing customer orders

Ensuring all items are securely packaged and correctly labelled

Carrying out quality checks to maintain company standards

Preparing orders for dispatch in a timely manner

Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment

Reporting any issues, damages, or discrepancies to supervisors

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for motivated individuals who take pride in their work. The successful candidate will have:

Previous experience in a warehouse, picking, or packing role (preferred but not essential)

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

The ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Good timekeeping and reliability

A positive, can-do attitude

The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
