Position: Training Advisor - Agriculture/Land-based Studies

Training Advisor - Agriculture/Land-based Studies

Are you passionate about vocational education and lifelong learning? Join our dedicated team at Hyfforddiant Ceredigion Training as a Training Advisor
- Agriculture/ Land-based studies, where you'll design and deliver high quality training programmes.

You'll play a key role in shaping the future of learners through Schools, Trainee ships, and Apprenticeships, ensuring inclusive, engaging and industry-relevant learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, develop, and deliver vocational training programmes
  • Assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback
  • Prepare and update course materials and resources
  • Support learners through induction, guidance, and enrichment activities
  • Liaise with employers, schools, and external agencies
  • Promote safeguarding and uphold health & safety standards
  • Participate in marketing, open days, and learner recruitment
  • Maintain accurate records and comply with quality assurance processes
