Operations Supervisor

The Operations Supervisor provides leadership across production shifts and operational areas, driving performance, safety, and reliability. This role leads teams, collaborates cross-functionally, and plays a key part in strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives.

Work Schedule:

7 Days On / 7 Days Off (Rotating Schedule)

• Plan and coordinate scheduled downtimes with production departments.
• Communicate production issues to the Operations Superintendent and identify improvement opportunities.
• Manage assigned production areas as directed.
• Support the development and execution of site safety initiatives.
• Perform administrative duties including planning, scheduling, and reporting.
• Promote and adhere to all safety regulations; report hazardous conditions immediately.
• Assist in executing production activities aligned with the operations plan.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within mining or heavy industrial environments.
• Strong commitment to safety and quality.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying seasonal conditions.
• Ability to climb stairs and ladders, work from elevated platforms, and use hand tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills.

• MSHA knowledge.
• Computer software proficiency.
• Warehouse or plant operations experience.
