Maintenance Supervisor; Sand Plant

The Maintenance Supervisor leads the plant’s maintenance operations across multiple shifts or departments. This leadership role ensures the safe, efficient, and cost-effective upkeep of mechanical, electrical, and structural systems. Drive’s reliability improvements, project planning, and personnel development.

• Assign daily tasks to maintenance technicians and mechanics (Levels I - Senior).
• Monitor work orders and ensure timely completion through CMMS.
• Coordinate emergency and routine maintenance with operations teams.
• Ensure adherence to safety procedures, LOTO, and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with scheduling, parts ordering, and contractor oversight.
• Support training and mentoring of junior maintenance staff.
• Report maintenance KPIs and status updates to plant leadership.
• Additional duties as assigned

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience, including mechanical and/or electrical systems.
• High level of safety and quality.
• Ability to multi-task at a fast pace (at times), work in outside conditions during all seasons, climb multi-levels by stairs & ladders, work from elevated platforms, use hand tools (shovel, hammer, wrenches, etc.).
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Mine Safety and Health (MSHA) Knowledge - Preferred.
• Forklift experience - Preferred.
• Computer Software - Preferred.
• Warehouse experience - Preferred.
• Prior experience in a lead or supervisory maintenance role preferred.
• Must be local or willing to relocate in area.
