Step Into Care Excellence - Preferred Podiatry Group is hiring a Nurse Practitioner (NP) to deliver podiatric-focused care in long-term care, nursing homes, skilled nursing, and senior living facilities. Join a growing team dedicated to clinical excellence, patient mobility, and quality of life.
What You ll Do Provide podiatric care to residents in long-term and senior care facilities
Assess, diagnose, and treat foot and lower limb conditions
Deliver diabetic foot care, wound prevention, and mobility education
Collaborate with facility staff for coordinated, patient-centered care
Participate in Medicare quality programs to ensure top outcomes
Document visits in Next Gen EMR on a company-issued iPad

What We re Looking For Master s degree + completion of an accredited NP program (required)
Active RN license + NP certification (ANCC or AANP required)
2 5 years experience in podiatry post-training (preferred)
Long-term care/nursing home experience (preferred)
BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, independent settings
Compensation Our providers are compensated based on the percentage of the revenue they generate. This means the more patients you see and the larger your caseload, the greater your earning potential. Full details about our remuneration model will be discussed during the interview process.
