Delivery Driver

Company Description

We are looking for reliable delivery drivers to join our team, responsible for delivering customer packages making up to 150–200 stops per shift to residential homes, apartment complexes, and businesses throughout Lakewood, Washington, and surrounding areas.

Drive company vans (Sprinter/ESV) to complete routes, deliver packages, use GPS navigation, maintain a high volume of stops, and uphold safety and delivery standards.

Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour

• Deliver packages
• Lift and carry packages up to 50 pounds without assistance from others
• Drive large Sprinter/ESV company van
• Operate a GPS navigation phone to locate addresses
• Work 4/10‑hour shifts up to 60hrs during prime and peak season
• Make an average of 150 to over 200 stops per day (Driver will start with a nursery route with fewer packages and stops but is expected to meet 100% delivery completion standards after the thirty‑day probation period ends)
• Rescue drivers and/or team members when needed
• Meet on‑the‑road standards, maintaining a scorecard of Fantastic up to Fantastic Plus
• Keep yourself, the company van, and customer packages safe from accidents, injuries, and damage
• Follow company policies

Expected hours: 40–60 per week.

• Valid DL
• At least 21 years of age
• High school or equivalent
• Ability to commute or relocate to Lakewood, WA
