We currently provide support and services in senior wellness, in-home care, benefits enrollment, citizenship, affordable housing, and community health navigation.
As our Lakewood Home Care Supervisor, you are the master of schedules, ensuring that clients receive care precisely when they need it. You thrive in creating a supportive environment for our caregivers, empowering them to provide exceptional care with compassion and dignity. You contribute to a team where your organization and empathy make a tangible difference in the lives of those we serve.
Minimum Qualifications- High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent
- Demonstrated ability to supervise staff
- Valid driver s license and auto insurance
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and cooperatively
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Ability to satisfactorily pass criminal history and reference checks
- Some college
- Experience providing services to the elderly and/or people with disabilities
This is a full-time role based in Lakewood, WA. Typical schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
