Job title: Sr Mobile Expert — our most capable experts with a passion for delivering best-in-class customer service while leveraging retail expertise. This role supports company-owned Experience stores that attract new customers and deliver the highest level of service to existing customers. The Sr Mobile Expert will use new systems and tools to resolve customer needs from research to resolution and contribute to a product roadmap built for these locations.

This store brings together a team of Experts and Leaders who collaborate with peers in Customer Service and Engineering to deliver a one-stop resolution for customer pain points. We provide curated training and ongoing development to help you perform at your best and grow. A team-based culture recognizes contributions to experience and store results, setting you up for success to deliver exceptional sales and service experiences.

Job Responsibilities
  • Sell appropriate products, features, and services based on customer needs.
  • Resolve customer pain points in one interaction using in-store systems and digital tools.
  • Complete ongoing training to stay current and develop knowledge to act as a subject-matter expert for T-Mobile.
  • Consistently leverage digital tools in interactions and onboarding.
  • Collaborate to build and contribute to a culture of sales and service.
Education
  • High School Diploma/GED (Required)

  • Retail: 12+ months, Neighborhood Mobile Expert (Required)

Knowledge,

Skills and Abilities
  • Customer Service:
    Strong skills and energy to create a world-class shopping experience (Required)
  • Retail Sales:
    Experience in high-volume environments and varied settings (Required)
  • Strong organization, multi-tasking, communication, and attention to detail (Required)
  • Training:
    Acclimate local Retail Sales Associates and Partner Sales Associates to a unique event environment (Required)

Compensation and Benefits

Hourly Base Pay: $29.50
Annualized Incentive Target: $7,200

Successful candidate’s incentive earnings vary based on performance and full-time status. All employees at T-Mobile are guaranteed to earn $20/hour inclusive of base pay and incentives. All employees are eligible for an Annual Stock Grant.
