• Represent Mondelēz in front of in‑store employees and collaborate with sales representatives to optimize visibility of Mondelēz products and construct promotional displays.
• Carry out in‑store visits per Mondelēz’s DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing photographs of displays at assigned stores.
• Ensure Nabisco leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained in accordance with Mondelēz guidelines.
• Execute Sales Representative‑negotiated plans with store managers and communicate any issues to Mondelēz management.
• Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to provide the most efficient in‑store service.
• Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
• Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store.

• At least 18 years of age, valid driver’s license, and proof of auto insurance.
• Positive, professional, self‑motivated, and capable of working independently.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle to a variety of store locations (mileage reimbursed).
• Proficient with downloading and using work‑related applications on personal device.
• Ability to perform hard work in a fast‑paced environment, including repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs (occasionally pushing/pulling over 50 lbs).
• Previous retail/grocery experience a plus.
• Live within 25 miles of Lakewood, WA (primary location) and within 25 miles of Tacoma, WA (secondary).
• Open availability including weekends, holidays, and early start times (5–6:00 AM).
