Overnight Veterinary Technician – ER

Blue Pearl Pet Hospital is hiring an Overnight Licensed Veterinary Technician to join our ER department. This full‑time position requires flexibility to work nights and weekends and holidays.

LVT II Pay: $27.25 – $38.80 per hour. Shift differential pay is available for eligible nights and weekends. Shift differentials are based on a 4‑hour minimum.

• Mon – Fri 6pm to 8am = $4.50 Shift Differential
• Sat & Sun 8am to 6pm = $4.50 Shift Differential
• Sat & Sun 6pm to 8am = $8.00 Shift Differential

• Triage and obtain patient history
• Identify patients at risk for arrest and initiate CPR
• Place IVCs and advanced catheters such as jugular catheters, central lines or PICC lines
• Perform advanced radiographs
• Monitor and care for ventilator cases
• Provide Level 2 & 3 inpatient care
• Work alongside other skilled technicians and assistants to provide excellent, advanced medicine to patients
• Mentor and train other co‑workers
