Position: Marketing Manager Pacific Heating & Cooling

Job Description

Pacific Heating & Cooling, Washington’s leader in residential home comfort, is seeking a Marketing Manager to help execute, manage, and continuously improve our marketing channels. Reporting directly to the Marketing Director, this role is ideal for a highly organized, hands‑on marketer who thrives in execution, optimization, and who enjoys turning strategy into measurable results.

This position is execution-focused and results‑driven, with a strong emphasis on follow‑through and performance. You’ll execute and optimize lead‑generation and retention efforts across paid and organic channels, build and maintain marketing automation workflows supporting SMS and email campaigns, maintain content calendars and ensure consistent, on‑brand messaging across channels. You’ll be part of a small, highly effective marketing team that works closely with leaders and teams across the business to deliver meaningful, measurable results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute and optimize lead‑generation efforts across Facebook, Local Service Ads, Google Business Profile, and lead platforms such as Angi, Home Advisor, and Yelp
  • Build and maintain marketing automation workflows supporting SMS and email campaigns, lead nurturing, follow‑up, and customer retention.
  • Monitor lead quality, cost per lead, conversion trends, and engagement metrics, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and outcomes
  • Support organic and paid social execution with a focus on awareness, demand support, and campaign performance
  • Build and maintain content calendars and production schedules aligned with seasonal demand and business priorities
  • Create, organize, and manage branded content and templates using Canva and shared systems
  • Ensure marketing messaging and creative assets remain consistent with brand guidelines and service priorities
  • Track performance across campaigns and channels, reporting insights and recommendations to the Marketing Director
  • Coordinate with external vendors and marketing director/leadership to ensure timely execution and alignment
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of marketing experience (home services industry strongly preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Proven experience with Service Titan, Facebook, Google Analytics, call tracking tools, marketing automation and lead generation platform
  • Proven experience with marketing automation platforms
  • General understanding of paid and organic search
  • Working Knowledge of attribution tracking and customer journey analysis
  • Strong understanding of local lead‑generation channels and demand‑driven marketing
  • Proficiency in creative design and project management tools (e.g., Canva, Asana, Monday)
  • Moderate Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookup functions, and data analysis
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable improvement
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders and communicate results.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, Organized, self‑directed, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
Compensation & Benefits
  • Salary: $70,000-$80,000 annually DOE
