Pay Rate: $18.00+ per hour. Ongoing performance incentive pay available! Some employees make up to $28/hr.

Shift: (Monday - Thursday | 4 AM - 2:30 PM) or (Monday - Thursday | 3:30 PM - 2 AM).
Stable hours!

This Manufacturing Associate job in Lakewood is for people who pay attention to detail. You'll inspect, assemble, and pack products with care. We count on you to achieve high-quality standards and maintain production goals every shift.

• Operate pallet repair equipment and assemble
• Use power tools (pneumatic nail guns, grinders, and saws)
• Perform other manufacturing associate tasks to support production
• Follow repair processes & adhere to quality standards
• Work safely around machinery
• Lift up to 60 lbs; lift, bend, and move safely all day
• Maintain dependable, focused, team-first attitude

• A carpentry or construction background is preferred
• Basic math skills
• Able to safely operate power tools
• Able to follow repair processes & adhere to quality standards
• Comfortable working around machinery
• Steel-toes or composite footwear
• Able to lift 60 lbs
• Lift, bend, and move safely all day
